User testing
We will test your product or service to discover where usability problems lie. We carefully recruit representative users and give them a set of business-critical tasks to undertake (such as buying an item or requesting more information). Our team of experts monitors and records their progress, observing behaviours and comments. From this, we write a report of our findings, together with our recommendations detailing the changes you need to introduce.
It's only by testing with a representative set of users that you can uncover the real and practical barriers to using your product. Also, in order to make your product accessible you should also consider involving disabled users in the testing.
