Helen Petrie
Professor Helen Petrie is a co-founder of Designed for All and Chair of the Human-Computer Interaction research group at the University of York. Helen has BA and PhD degrees in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology and an MSc in Information Technology. She is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Helen has over 10 years of experience in designing and evaluating technologies for people. She has extensive experience in assessing product usability, including conducting research and providing consultancy to a wide range of private and public organisations.
She has over a hundered publications to her name.
